Finding the Right Path in Home Design
Before launching MLTDesign Group, Maureen worked in Real Estate Development as a Project Manager in the home improvement sector. While she loved working with homes, life took her in a different direction.
For several years, she focused on family, marriage, and raising children. However, as life changed, she needed a career that could support her and her family.
She tried real estate sales but quickly realized:
“I couldn’t stand it. What I truly loved was getting homes ready to sell or live in.”
That realization led her to explore interior design and home staging, ultimately leading her to The Academy of Home Staging & Design (AHSD).

Once Maureen completed her training at AHSD, she wasted no time launching MLTDesign Group. She was immediately flooded with projects, handling everything from:
